The Electric Oscillating Tool EOT-100 / 15,500 rpm. is suitable for cutting soft to medium-density materials. The high oscillating frequency enables high processing speed and efficient throughput.
In order to optimize the quality and productivity of the cutting process, depending on the material to be cut or the complexity of the patterns, we offer a wide range of compatible blade references.
The blades without tips are especially suitable for semi-hard or fibrous materials and cutting geometry free of highly complex elements. The large width of the cutting surface allows a very high cutting speed, without damaging the mats. On the other hand, the pointed blades are ideal when cutting pieces of great geometric complexity. For harder, very thick or high density materials, HITACS recommends the use of the Pneumatic Oscillation Tool (POT) to ensure an optimal result and preserve the cutting machine.
The EOT-100 / 15,500 rpm. is indicated for cutting the following materials: rubber, cardboard, corrugated or honeycombed cardboard, leather, synthetic leather, fabrics, spongy material and any non-metallic flexible material. Foam, felt, rubber, insulating materials and the like, can be cut up to 25 mm thick. Corrugated cardboard, folding cardboard, soft foam cardboard, leather, textile and the like, can be cut up to a thickness of 9 mm.
