Shipping Conditions

We ship worldwide.

HITACS offers a FAST delivery service, with same-day shipping for orders received before 2:30 p.m. and estimated delivery within 72 hours.

Additionally, we offer a STANDARD delivery service, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

These delivery times are purely informational and provided as estimates by the transport agencies we work with; therefore, they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

For custom-made or made-to-order products, delivery times may vary. In these cases, the customer will be informed in advance of the estimated production and delivery time.

We reserve the right to ship orders in partial deliveries depending on stock availability, at no additional cost to the customer.

Once you have placed your order, you can check its status as follows:
