Tool low stop position ring - TZ Module of Zünd automated cutting machines
Description: Fixed lower ring that marks the stop position of the Zünd cutting tools (EOT, POT, DRT, UTC, VCT, etc.). It allows the upper threaded ring to throttle the tool and keep it in a fixed and stable position, inside the toolhead (TZ Module).
This piece is supplied with the grub screw and an allen key.
Installation instructions:
• Remove the defective or broken flange.
• Clean the threads of any remaining sealant and grease.
• Apply thread sealant to the flange and screw the piece in tight.
• Using the Allen wrench, screw the stud all the way in.
• Depending on the sealant that has been applied, let it act and dry.
