The drag cutting tool is perfect for cutting various materials up to 5 mm thick. The use of a knife drag cutting tool allows to reach very high working speeds, ensuring particularly high productivity ratios, while the machine's production cost is kept to a minimum. The UCT is very quiet compared to oscillating tools and is also very inexpensive to purchase and maintain. A spring loaded sliding shoe allows cutting highly complex details. The depth of cut is adjusted with precision by means of a mechanical regulator located in the upper part of the tool, or through the software of the machine itself.
In order to optimize the quality and productivity of the cutting process, depending on the material to be cut or the complexity of the patterns, we offer a wide range of compatible blade references.
The UCT is indicated for cutting the following materials: Industrial textiles, vinyl; PVC, Prepreg, sheets, twin-wall sheets, cardboard, cardboard, papers and any rigid or semi-rigid material of low thickness.
