Hitacs-CUTTING TOOLS EXPERTS has extended the catalog of references compatible with ATOM automated cutting systems.

As a novelty, you will find 3 new oscillating KNIVES and 1 new Circular Knife, all made of Tungsten Carbide and fully compatible with ATOM automated cutting machines.

  • HTA-03596 - Fully compatible with Atom 01043068. 85°/ 65°/ 80° (5°-25°-10°) oscillating knife for cutting soft rubber up to 17 mm thick and minimum radius 2mm.
  • HTA-04736 - Fully compatible with 01040701. 75°/ 87° (0°-15°-3°) oscillating knife for cutting rubber and foam up to 35 mm thick.
  • HTA-45232 - Fully compatible with 01045232. 45°/80° oscillating blade for cutting very rigid materials, non-asbestos materials, leather or reinforced graphite up to 4mm thick and small radii.
  • HTZ-054 - Hard metal Circular Knife  with 28mm Ø compatible for Atom automated cutting machine. Circular knife for single layer cutting, faster cutting speed on soft / smooth textile materials. Similar to Z53 (HTZ-053) knife  but with a bigger diameter of 28 mm.
